Shipping
All orders ship through USPS standard shipping or through UPS.  Need an item sooner? Email me for rush shipping quotes.
Orders will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Shipping includes tracking number and safe packaging.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Emma Kay’s, each item is carefully selected and packaged with love. We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our policy below before placing your order.


Returns

We do not accept returns at this time. As a small business, each order is handmade or packaged specifically for you, and we are unable to process returns or refunds.


Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items. If you need to exchange a product for a different size or style, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition, with any tags or packaging intact.


Return Label & Shipping

We will email you a prepaid return shipping label. However, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange total, or invoiced prior to processing your new item.

We recommend shipping the item back promptly to avoid delays in your exchange.

 

To Request an Exchange:

Please email us at [your email] with:

• Your order number

• The item you’d like to exchange

• The item/size you want instead

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process the exchange and ship out your new item.


How to Start an Exchange

To begin an exchange, please email us at emmakdesigns432@gmail.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and the item you’d like instead. Once your item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship out your new item.

Request a cancellation: Within 24 HOURS

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


If you notice an issue with the details for a custom order please email me at Emmakdesigns432@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase and I will do my best to make sure it gets corrected. I am not responsible for any misspellings that appear in the original order form unless notified within 24 hours of purchase that a correction needs to be made.

If you catch the mistake after 24 hours please still reach out to me. I may be able to change it or offer you a discounted price to redo the item.



Additional policies

There are some items on my website that are made to order. No 2 items will be exactly alike.
In Most Cases High quality sublimation ink is used. Some products are made with high quality premium vinyl or HTV.

Please remember that color may vary due to computer monitor display differences.
