If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.If you notice an issue with the details for a custom order please email me at Emmakdesigns432@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase and I will do my best to make sure it gets corrected. I am not responsible for any misspellings that appear in the original order form unless notified within 24 hours of purchase that a correction needs to be made.

If you catch the mistake after 24 hours please still reach out to me. I may be able to change it or offer you a discounted price to redo the item.

In Most Cases High quality sublimation ink is used. Some products are made with high quality premium vinyl or HTV.
